Attorney and graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), with experience in regulatory law, administrative law, and compliance across both the public sector and private practice.

Her professional career includes positions within both the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) and the Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS), giving her direct experience within two of Mexico’s principal regulatory authorities. She has also worked in private legal practice, advising on regulatory matters, administrative proceedings, and compliance obligations affecting companies subject to government oversight.

Her practice has focused on advising companies on regulatory matters, consumer protection, health regulation, administrative proceedings, and matters arising from government action, integrating legal analysis with the operational and commercial needs of each organization.

She has also participated in the management and coordination of matters for private-sector companies, particularly projects requiring an understanding of both the internal functioning of Mexico’s Public Administration and the regulatory requirements applicable to business operations in Mexico.
