Throughout his career, he has worked with several law firms in Mexico and has also served in the public sector. His experience encompasses health regulation, administrative proceedings, intellectual property, consumer protection, and business operations subject to oversight by Mexican regulatory authorities, together with complementary legal matters arising in the corporate context, including data protection and privacy, copyright, and contractual matters associated with regulated operations and projects.
His practice focuses on developing legal strategies for regulated projects and business operations, handling regulatory inspections and administrative proceedings, addressing disputes arising from government actions, and representing companies in administrative and regulatory litigation. He also coordinates matters requiring the integration of legal analysis with technical, operational, and commercial considerations.
